As the manager of Aurdel’s B2B team across the Nordics, Lars plays a central role in the company. For him, sales are not just about selling products but equally about providing excellent service. Understanding customers' needs and delivering solutions that truly make a difference are what drive him and his team forward.

With over 26 years of experience in the IT industry, Lars has a deep understanding of how both technology and customer expectations have evolved. Environmental requirements and the need for flexible solutions are key issues that he and his team actively work to address.

Thanks to our combination of active and passive inventory management, his team can create a seamless customer experience and guide customers to the right solution, whether it involves standard products or customized options.

Warranty

Ensuring that customers are satisfied with our products and experience fast and smooth support when something goes wrong is essential. If you have any questions about a product, our customer service team is ready to help with anything you need. If you need to return a product, you can do so here.

End users 

For warranty claims on our own brands when the product was not purchased directly from Aurdel, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased. The product should be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, together with proof of purchase.

When the warranty does not apply

Our extended warranties do not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, fire, contact with liquids, or other external causes. The warranty also does not apply to damage caused by failure to follow the instruction manual, use in combination with another product, or impaired function resulting from updates to external software. In addition, it does not cover damage caused by maintenance carried out by someone not approved by us, products that have been rebuilt or modified or damage resulting from electrical surges, such as those caused by thunderstorms.

Examples of normal wear and tear include worn moving parts and surfaces from regular use, as well as natural fading of colours and materials due to the normal ageing of the product.

Sustainable products

Every Aurdel product is manufactured in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the RoHS and WEEE directives. This ensures that our products are safe to use and designed for efficient dismantling and recycling at end of life, supporting a more circular material flow. We are also steadily increasing the use of recycled and responsibly sourced materials in our product portfolio.

Our products meet all requirements under the new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), including traceability, safety documentation, and consumer information. We also work to early comply with upcoming requirements such as the Ecodesign Directive and Digital Product Passport, integrating safety, sustainability and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.

Sustainable packaging
For many years, we have applied a clear packaging policy focused on reducing climate impact. This includes optimizing packaging size, increasing the share of certified renewable materials, and eliminating plastic wherever feasible. These efforts have reduced the volume of material used and overall negative climate impact.

Sustainable manufacturing
We believe that a responsible value chain is built on respect for human rights, good labour conditions and ethical business practices, combined with environmental responsibility. We carefully select our partners and apply supplier due diligence aligned with OECD Guidelines and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards. By operating our own office in China and employing local staff, we ensure direct oversight, close supplier relationships and continuous follow-up on quality and sustainability requirements. This is supported by regular on-site inspections at our suppliers, annual independent third-party audits and close collaboration with partners to continuously improve quality and sustainability performance over time.

Transport – smart logistics
We continuously work to reduce emissions from transportation. Key efforts include reducing air freight by at least 10% annually, optimizing container fill rates and delivery routes, and collaborating with transport partners that demonstrate strong climate performance and ambitious decarbonization plans
